INSURANCE :

All Semipreciousking.com international shipments are under insurance coverage as per customer request or as per logistic service provider. If customer need to cover the standard shipment with full amount of shopping, you need to mention during the order (time and extra premium will be paid by customer)

In case of mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, buyer country customs regulations or any other reason which makes delay shipment, Semipreciousking.com will not be responsible but we will give support as much as we can.

We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Semipreciousking.com does not hold any extra responsibility beyond the shipping company. 

PROTECTION:

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file.
