All Semipreciousking.com international shipments are under insurance coverage as per customer request or as per logistic service provider. In case of mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, buyer country customs regulations or any other reason which makes delay shipment, Semipreciousking.com will not be responsible but we will give support as much as we can.

We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Semipreciousking.com does not hold any extra responsibility beyond the shipping company.
