to the address provided by the customer at the time of order confirmation.The
address provided should be geographically present areas and not virtual

We normally ship consignments through Fed-Ex & UPS, DHL, Air Freight.

claim should be done within 30 days after shipment.The refund processing
however shall be considered on a case-case basis. You can return your
consignment in its original condition to *Ratana Sagar Jewellery Co.,
Ltd within 30 days from the date of receipt of the consignment at your

For your own protection, we suggest you use a safe delivery method that
